Delete Account

To delete your Cade account, email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete Cade Account" from the email address associated with your account.

Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.

This includes:

• Your email address
• Your Strava connection
• Your name, gender, date of birth and profile goals
• Your Cade run history and coaching data

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully deleted.

If you have any questions about this process, you can contact us at the same address.

Request Deletion of Specific Data

If you'd like us to delete specific data without closing your account, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account, and let us know which data you'd like removed (for example, your Strava connection or run history).

We will process your request and delete the specified data within 7 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete.

Your account will remain active and you can continue using Cade as normal.
